It takes Price to Win Prize.
We are in a generation that keeps expecting result without work,a generation that want to be in Billions without effort,a generation that pursue after resources without Result,a generation that want it big,without input.
I have grown to know that nothing great starts great. It is very necessary to note that it takes massive rainfall for invasion of flood.
I have seen People take for granted little gift from someone,for them,they would have gotten something bigger than what they recieved. The rage of ingratitude thriving without mercy.
If there must be a resounding result,there must be diligent manifest of hardwork. Every result in life,is a product of examination. It would be exam of trials,exam of hard work,exam of service,exam of investment.
On the day of my induction, as a Doctoral Fellow,Charttered Institute of Human Resource Management,I took note of the fact that in my set,I was the youngest. I saw myself in the midst of elders,leaders,Academia,professionals,scholars,Directors,founders,and revered men of God.
When we were called to match to the podium for conferment,the seated audience were focused on me,the reason being,this man is too young to get this professional Doctorate.
99% of them, may be ignorant of the fact that investment was done by me,academically,mentally,resourcefully and committedly,to get there.
I paid a great price to arrive at the Prize.
It is pathetic,to see People fighting for a Prize they did not work for. We are in a rotten generation where People bribe and do all manner of frauds to get a prize.
A Prize is a Product of delivery. A prize is a product of Success. It is a product of Excellence. It is a Product of visible input.
Someone,who saw some of the literary Awards,to my credit,asked if Iam selling awards?
I laughed,
And replied,
Mental Prize and Resilience were Paid to arrive at the awards you are seeing. They are visible products of hardwork, Resilience and thoughtfulness.
If you must make impacts,price must be Paid.
