Newer We Grow
Every day is a new day
And comes with a new sun
And teaches us new lessons
And prepares us for new missions
Though we age at every passing moment
And lose our beauty and glow
Still feelings never age as we grow
But brings experience, so we wiser grow
Hopes anew with each new day
While opportunities shine in the sun
We understand life better at every turn
Before we step into the setting sun
As seasons bring offshoots new
So newer we grow with years, true.
